Surprisingly, I just finished Week 3 of the exercises. The push-ups are getting a bit easier. I still can’t imagine getting to 100 straight through. Since on the squats and sit ups I got to start at week 3, I just finished the amounts for week 5 on those so I am almost finished. The program is set up for 7 weeks. Starting on the 2nd day of this week, the program for the squats and sit ups expanded from 5 sets to 8 sets with 45 second breaks between the sets. I like it better so I don’t have to keep doing sets of 50+ which seems to take forever somehow. I managed to do 110 sit ups at the end of my set yesterday. The last set is always doing as many as you can with a minimum value listed. The goal is 200 so I really think I’ll be able to make that. I did a total of 342 sit ups so I think 200 in one set is possible. I found that the squats are getting more difficult and make me the most sore. We will see how it all continues.
