So I had my last appointment with the dietitian today.  She said I officially lost 30 lbs in 8 months.  She thinks that is great so I guess that is good.  I just have to continue to eat right and exercise.  We’ll see how it goes.  I’m sure I can still eat well but the exercise is annoying.  Now that it is summer I can get some “swimming” in.  It is in quotes because I’m not a good swimmer since i just learned last summer.  Either way it is a way to keep moving around.  I did something to my upper back.  Not sure if it was swimming or sleeping that did it.
