Outlaws: Fred Davis – Head Coach, Tony Coley – Assistant Coach, Eric Nolden – Assistant Coach, plus others
Players Featured: Daibo Johnson – Chené Johnson (mother)
                               DaaDaa Holmes

DaaDaa Holmes dislocated his elbow in the last game. With the addition of more coaches, there are communication problems amongst them. The kids barely know who to listen to now. The coaches prepare for 1 game at a time. They expect to win against the Broncos but won’t look past them.

JR Broncos: Joseph Onofre – Head Coach, Steven Rodriguez – Assistant Coach, Lisa Connell – General Manager “Momager”/Executive Director of Operations
Players Featured: Diego Narezo – Melina (mother), Ed (father)

The parents questioned seem to be happy with the coach change and the new direction of the team. I’m not sure if that is going to stay true if they keep losing games. Diego’s mom wanted him to play baseball but he likes this. Melina is a singer and they all went to the see her record something for a radio station.

Lobos: Richard Lopez – Head Coach, Paul Hurt – Offensive Coordinator
Players Featured: Justice Hurt (Paul and Lori’s son)

Coach Lopez is not very motivating. He said the kids shouldn’t give less 80%. I’ve never heard a coach say that. Less than 100 (or 110) percent in sports? And the odd interaction between Coach Lopez and Coordinator Hurt continues. At the coaches meeting Jace (Paul’s son and Junior Coach), push for Justice to play more and more while Lopez wants others to play as well.

Spartans: Stephen Mirza – Head Coach, Kevin Clark – Assistant Coach, Tony Rodriguez – Assistant Coach
Players Featured: Zoe Robinson – Judith Watson (mother), Toby (stepfather)

Coach Mirza calls his truck his “office” and conducts team business there. Coach Rodriguez had to give Zoe a good talkin’ to about being more aggressive. She could knock down all these guys if she tried.

Week 3: Outlaws vs. Jr Broncos 32 – 0

Outlaws had two 15 yard penalties: one for having too many coaches on the field and another for interference by a coach. They really are struggling to deal with having so many people on the sideline. Towards the end of the game, the Outlaws started playing 2nd and 3rd string players. However when the Bronco got close to scoring, they put the 1st team back in to maintain the shutout.

Week 3: Steelers vs. Lobos 43 – 12

One parent was angry that they kept playing Justice. There was some yelling back and forth between fans and the Hurt family in the stands. Coach Lopez walked the parent out of the park say he will handle it.
